An easy, healthy, and quick snack that you can also get creative with!
1.) Preheat your oven to 300 degrees
2.) Wash and separate your Kale - keep in mind that the kale leaves will shrink when baked
3.) Prepare a baking sheet covered with foil
4.) Season your kale!
▸ Extra virgin olive oil
▸ Salt
▸ Pepper
You can find a lot of awesome and yummy recipes on Pinterest, but I stuck to the basics!
5.) Scrunch up your ingredients, evenly distributing the seasoning among the kale6.) Lay out and separate your kale on your baking sheet
7.) Bake for 10-20 min, depending. Just keep watch for the brown (but not burnt) edges
It might just be me, but I think they taste like Chick-Fil-A fries!!
