Filipino Eggrolls AKA Lumpia

Lumpia: The Filipino Eggroll!

I am going to show you how to make Lumpia!

Ingredients:
- Ground Pork
- Lumpia wrapper
- Carrots
- Bell Pepper
- Garlic
- Onions
- Pepper
- Salt
- Egg

1. Cut and mince all of your ingredients (in the first picture), and throw it all in a container with your ground pork. Then, add some salt and pepper.

2. Take out the lumpia wrapper and cut it diagonally into two triangles

3. Take your egg and separate the yolk from the egg white. Use the egg white as your "glue" to keep the egg rolls shut and the yolk as an ingredient.

Forming the egg roll:

1. Make your station, having the wrapper, mixture, and egg white available to you.

2. Take about a spoon full of the meat mixture

3. Form the meat into about a 3-inch line in the middle of your wrapper

4. Fold up the wrapper so the meat is entirely covered

5. Press down on all three sides to sort of "vacuum seal" the meat

6. Fold over the sides

7. Roll it up!

8. Add egg white to the flap

9. Seal it shut

TA-DAAA!

Fry it up and dip it into some sweet chili sauce! My favorite Filipino dish! Hope you try it out and enjoy!
