How to Make Kale Chips!




An easy, healthy, and quick snack that you can also get creative with!

1.) Preheat your oven to 300 degrees
2.) Wash and separate your Kale - keep in mind that the kale leaves will shrink when baked
3.) Prepare a baking sheet covered with foil
4.) Season your kale!
     ▸ Extra virgin olive oil
     ▸ Salt
     ▸ Pepper
You can find a lot of awesome and yummy recipes on Pinterest, but I stuck to the basics!
5.) Scrunch up your ingredients, evenly distributing the seasoning among the kale
6.) Lay out and separate your kale on your baking sheet
7.) Bake for 10-20 min, depending. Just keep watch for the brown (but not burnt) edges


It might just be me, but I think they taste like Chick-Fil-A fries!!
